This Privacy Policy explains how Ad Cerebro (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit adcerebro.com, create an account, run scans, or connect analytics integrations. We built Ad Cerebro to help brands understand AI answer engines; we apply the same expectation of clarity to how we handle your data.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address, authentication credentials, and billing details processed by our payment provider. Product data includes domains you submit for scanning, crawl and audit results, AI probe outputs, keyword research artifacts, and settings you configure in the workspace. When you connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Bing Webmaster Tools, we receive OAuth tokens and the analytics or search metrics needed to join citations with traffic — using read-only scopes wherever the provider allows.
We also collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from IP, plus product analytics events that help us understand feature usage. Emails you send to hello@adcerebro.com are retained as part of the support record.
How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private scan content or connected analytics data to train third-party foundation models. Aggregated, de-identified insights about product reliability may be used to improve Ad Cerebro itself.
Sharing
We use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, payments, and product analytics. These providers process data under contract and only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Ad Cerebro, our users, or the public. References to external platforms such as OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google AI on our marketing site are informational; visiting those sites is governed by their own policies.
Retention and security
We retain account and scan data for as long as your account remains active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and per-domain isolation for integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your choices
You may update account details in the product, disconnect integrations, or request deletion of your account by emailing hello@adcerebro.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
