Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ad Cerebro’s websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Ad Cerebro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
Ad Cerebro provides AI Presence monitoring and optimization tools, including site audits, generative engine optimization signals, AI answer probes, citation analysis, keyword research, and optional connections to analytics platforms. Features, credit costs, and plan limits may change as we improve the product. Marketing descriptions of how engines such as those documented by OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google AI behave are informational and do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or traffic outcomes.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You may only scan domains you own or are authorized to evaluate. You must not misuse the Service to attack systems, scrape beyond permitted product functionality, reverse engineer the platform except where law allows, interfere with other customers, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
Credits, plans, and payments
Certain actions consume credits. Free signup credits, subscription allotments, and one-time purchases are described in the product at the time of purchase. Fees are billed through our payment processor and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Your data and our IP
You retain rights to content and domains you submit. You grant Ad Cerebro a limited license to process that material solely to provide the Service (for example, crawling pages you ask us to audit and storing scan results). Ad Cerebro and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, models-of-operation, interfaces, and branding. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you. Integrations and third parties
Optional integrations rely on third-party APIs and OAuth permissions you grant. Those services have their own terms. Ad Cerebro is not responsible for outages, data accuracy, or policy changes of third-party providers. You can disconnect integrations at any time from the product where supported.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs and audit scores are probabilistic tools for decision support; they are not legal, financial, or compliance advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Cerebro’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.
